Q: How do we know if your products are genuine?
A: We only sell items from the outletmall, retail and high-end department stores. Each item will come with a gift certificate or order receipt, that certifies the item purchase date, time and location. Bags will come to you tissue wrapped with the coach boxes (upon request only as this adds weight to shipping) and will come with a dust bag (unless not provided by the store).
Q: What does the price include?
A: The price listed includes International Shipping+Handling+Overseas state Tax, 7% GST and Local delivery. The price you see is the Nett price.
Q: How frequently are new stock released on the website?
A: We visit the outlets and retail stores weekly. So, do expect new items to be released regularly on the website every few days. Do check back daily for item updates and further sale reduction prices.
Q: How frequently do stocks arrive in Singapore?
A: Our default shipping method is in bulk. We send a shipment about every 2 weeks to a central location in Singapore.
Q: How long will my stocks take to arrive?

BEST CASE: 9 Days. You notify us of your order today and 50% deposit arrives in the account the next day. We have the item in stock and shipment is scheduled 1 day thereafter. Once shipment arrives in Singapore and we agree on a hand delivery the next day.
WORST CASE: 21 Days. You notify us of your order today and 50% deposits arrives in the account in 2 business days. We don’t have the item in stock but we are able to find it after 1 week. The shipment is scheduled 1 week thereafter. Once shipment arrives in Singapore and item gets delivered by courier.

Step 2: Orders will be confirmed after a 50% of the total payment is received in the account below. A payment acknowledgement and order confirmation email will be sent within 1 working day after the payment is received. Please include transfer amount, date and bank account transferred from.

Step 3: If we do not have the item in stock at that time, we will try to acquire the ordered item within 1 week. If the ordered item is no longer available, we will contact you and you have the choice to receive a FULL immediate refund or choose a different item.
Step 4: For any cancellations made after the order was confirmed, a cancellation fee of 30% of the order amount will be assessed. The remaining 20% will be refunded.
Step 5: The default shipping method is in bulk. We send a shipment about every 2 weeks to a central location in Singapore. The shipment takes about 6-10 business days to arrive in Singapore. From the central location, the orders are being delivered. Once the shipment is mailed, all sales are final.
*NOTE: Direct Shipping Option is available: If you prefer to receive the items directly with a transit time of 6-10 business days, shipment via USPS Priority Mail is available at USD 20-50 with tracking number and insurance. The price varies based on size and weight.
Step 6: You will be contacted within 2 days of the item arrival in Singapore to set a date and time for delivery to your doorstep/elsewhere. (see below for more options)
Step 7: The 50% balance can either be paid in cash at delivery or transferred to the same account before delivery to you.
Step 8: Please INSPECT item upon collection. No returns are accepted once the transaction is closed.
Q: Do we take pre-orders?
A: Yes, we do take pre-orders but only for a short period of time due to how quickly items get changed in the stores. Should you see an item out of stock/sold on our website, check with us on possible re-availability. Should you not see an item on the website, but would like to know more, also check with us on the availability.
Q: How do I check the status of my order/pre-order and track my package?
A: We will e-mail you the status of your order at these stages:
1) Delivery out from the USA
2) Arrival in Singapore
3) Delivery to you / Meet-ups to be conducted
Q: How do I collect my package?
A: Meet-ups will be conducted on Weekdays 12.15 pm at Raffles City MRT station and Saturdays, 12.00pm at Orchard MRT station. Should none of these locations work, we will schedule individual meet-ups or arrange for local mail via SingPost.
Q: Do you bring in stocks available currently on the websites?
A: Apart from stocks at the outlets, we also do purchase items on the websites on behalf of the customer. All postage cost will be borne by the customer. Please note that we are also able to purchase from shops that only accept US credit cards. Please email us for price quotes.
Q: How do you ensure lowest price guarantee?
A: We only ensure lowest price guarantee in relation to the brand stores in Singapore and this does not include other online merchants who deal with the same products. If you do find a lower price for the exact same model in the respective brand stores in Singapore, please let us know and we will refund you the difference. Also, if you do find a lower price elsewhere, do let us know.
Q: Do you offer refunds / returns?
A: We do not offer refunds or returns the moment an order has been made. This is because we ensure that the products delivered to you are of good condition. We do not take responsibility for damage during delivery from Singapore to the customers.
If, however, the buyer chooses to bear the shipping cost back to the USA, we will gladly refund you the balance amount if the product is still within the returnable period.
Q: Do you sell second-hand bags?
A: No we do not. All items are guaranteed brand new with tags and gift receipts, unless otherwise specified. The item description would say it all.
